Located in close proximity to the Mumbai Ahmedabad Highway this place serves absolutely delicious Milk products and food items.
Coming to the milk products, We had ordered the PLain Lassi and the Mango Lassi. Both the lassi's were rich, creamy and thick. The sweetness was perfect and they also added one spoonful of fresh malai to each of the lassi's making them taste absolutely wonderful. These guys make their own milk and milk products so you can be assured of the highest quality of their products. We also took home half a kg of Malai Paneer and it was fresh and soft and you could feel its milky taste when biting into the paneer. Tasted absolutely wonderful.
Coming to the other foodstuffs, these guys also serve other items out of which we tasted the Paneer chat. Although it tasted good but we were really unsatisfied with the quantity of the item. It merely contained one thin slice of paneer, some chat masala and some freshly chopped onions and tomatoes and served with a garnishing of coriander. All the items made it taste extremely good but considering the cost, the quantity was not even sufficient for one person.
Rest everything served is of top quality and tastes really good. It is a must to visit this place at least once and do not forget to taste their Lassi and Malai Paneer.
Organised and well maintained over the years, this place have stabilised their position and reputation with the quality of food that they offer! It is a huge dairy farm on the vasai highway providing array of farm fresh dairy products!
We visited Vasai Fort and stopped by this really huge Dairy Farm!
We tried few things from the menu :
1. PANEER PAKODA :
You must have ordered for Paneer related dishes more than 75% of times when you are out for lunch/dinner, right? But how do you know if the paneer there is fresh! Here, the Paneer is fresh. The coating had chilly flakes and the paneer inside was as soft as it could be and the coating crispy. A delite of freshness!
2. DAHI :
Same as the usual packed curd that you get. Difference is, this one's thick, creamy and fresh!
3. KESAR LASSI :
Perfect pinch of cardamom and saffron, mixed with crushed almonds! It was particularly rich and mild sweet unlike other lassis that are extra sweetened! A perfect blend of the ingredients used that makes it a Must try!
4. ROSE MILK :
Sweet and rosy, this coolent shouldn't be missed on!
5. MANGO LASSI :
Mango being one of our favorite fruits, this was nothing but a treat after the end Mango season!
They have absolutely anything and everything to offer made out of fresh milk!
Best Dairy products in town. Such high quality products. They serve Lassi, Basundi, Thandai, Milk, Ghee, Paneer, Paneer Chat, Paneer Scezwan, Paneer Pockets, Paneer Pudina, Paneer Pakoda, Kalakand, Rose Kalakand, Anjeer Kalakand, Mango Kalakand, Kaju Kalti and many other sweet, savoury and beverage items.
They have a well maintained Buffalo farm visible from the parking lot. Just 1 min from the highway this place is a must visit pit stop.
